How does Forma work?

Forma operates by leveraging the heat sensitivity of collagen, a crucial protein in the skin. Forma ensures comfort by gradually heating the collagen to a consistent temperature of 41 – 43 degrees Celsius while prompting a notable 20% increase in collagen production. Utilizing real-time temperature sensors and feedback controls, it maintains precise skin temperature levels. This controlled heat prompts the heat-sensitive collagen to unwind, prompting the body to generate new and improved collagen and elastin for skin repair. The outcome is visibly tighter and enhanced skin appearance.

Is there any downtime?

Forma involves no downtime and is a painless procedure. It provides a warm, soothing sensation akin to a gentle massage.

How many treatments are needed?

Forma works gradually over time to achieve its desired effects. A series of gentle treatments is necessary to build up collagen for visible skin tightening and wrinkle reduction. It is recommended to undergo six weekly treatments for optimal results.

Are maintenance treatments required?

Following the initial six sessions, we advise taking a break of at least six weeks to allow your body to repair collagen. Subsequently, maintaining results typically requires 1-2 sessions every 3-6 months.
